Hi everyone! My name is Tran Vien. I have been a part of Cybozu Vietnam’s Development Department since I graduated from university in 2011.

My current job is coding automation. Before I had programmed on many kinds of products such as Garoon and Sharepoint with lots of different technologies and programming languages as C#, PHP and Java as well as many database management systems as MS-SQL and MYSQL.

Cybozu Vietnam’s working environment is quite suitable to me. Here I can experience many new technologies and bases that help me to better apply knowledge accumulated from real work and university.

At Cybozu Vietnam, I have got an opportunity to take the first step in building Automation project, an experience from which I feel to get the most mature. Perhaps it is lucky for me to work together with colleagues having the same passion and enthusiasm, so most of my ideas have been listened and analyzed for better product.

Building a society brimming with teamwork

That is the vision of Cybozu as well as the reason that I choose Cybozu Vietnam to be a place in my career path.

As a Web developer in Cybozu from 2020, every single day with me is a happy day because I have learned a lot of useful knowledge not only in my working but also of the people and this culture. "Most importantly, at Cybozu, I never feel left out because teamwork is always an important factor in the company."

In 2022, I joined CYBOZU because of the difference in interviewing candidates compared to other interviews.

The new employee training program is challenging and helps develop self-learning ability, setting the stage for future employment.

I was able to feel the CYBOZU VISION from the first time I arrived and nothing has changed since then.

At CYBOZU, both the people and the job are exactly where I expected them to be.

As an employee of Cybozu Vietnam, I would like to share my thoughts on this company.

At first, I am very satisfied with the working environment at Cybozu Vietnam. The company supplies a great platform for employees to develop their skills while ensuring a comfortable, dynamic, and creative working environment. Colleagues at the company are also incredibly supportive and helpful in their work, creating a spirit of solidarity and cooperation.

Moreover, colleagues in Cybozu like my second family because they are extremely outgoing, friendly, and willing to help me anytime when I have troubles.

Furthermore, I am not only gaining knowledge and experience related to my responsibilities, but also getting chances to flexible working styles, taking part in picnics, and company trips. Also, anyone has the same opportunity to experience modern technologies, convincing ideas, express opinions, and share research achievements.

In the end, I am proud to be an employee of Cybozu Vietnam and believe that the company will continue to grow and bring value to customers and employees in the future.

I was an intern at Cybozu Vietnam and currently, I decide to develop my forward career in this company in the long run because I believe Cybozu Vietnam can provide many prospective opportunities to thrive.

From my perspective, Cybozu is a great environment for engineers that are passionate about technology to develop well-rounded skills. I have gained insights into technical knowledge as well as tacit knowledge from working with local competent engineers, and from exchanging expertise with Japanese engineers.

Moreover, to encourage enhancing knowledge and techniques, Cybozu often offers fee support for events, parties, education, and business trips for engineers.
